Easter 2009

Easter Weekend

2009

We started off Easter weekend with a cookout at Nana and Papa Jim's house and the big Easter egg hunt. The kids had alot of fun hunting eggs, jumping on the trampoline, and playing with the animals. I really thought it was funny, now that Natalie is getting older she was very picky on what eggs she picked up, she wanted to make sure they were the ones with the money in them.

The kids looking through their eggs, notice Natalie's and Chloe's matching outfit. It's so much fun that they can do this, but not for long!

Look what the Easter bunny left........

Natalie got Bath and Body Butterfly.

Izaak got Bedtime Stories.

Chloe got Barbie Thumblina.

Happy kids is a happy home!!

Easter Sunday morning, rushing to leave for church. Every year we really enjoy going to the Victory play. I can remember Chloe being a baby and us taking her. I really like that this gives our kids the real meaning of Easter, and the realization that Jesus died for us. How very thankful I am that he did!!

My 3 babies, the joy they bring to our home is endless!

After church on Sunday we headed over to my Dad and Julie's for lunch. This is a picture of my brother and myself, I'm so very proud of him, and can't believe he will be graduating from college is just a few weeks.

My Daddy and I. He can NEVER take a good picture, but that's ok, I'll just post one of him in everyday form. :)

Chloe couldn't remember dying eggs last year, so this was really really exciting to her. She loves anything crafty and is great at making a mess, so this way right up her ally.

Being a boy, this only held his attention for a short period of time, he was the first one done.

Natalie writing on each egg, those clear crayons are really neat.

~~Having a great time~~

My sweet but tired babies. We had such a wonderful weekend! And we give God all of the glory for sending his son to die on the cross for us! Thank you Jesus!!
